Hello Sandy and Suzanne,

I now have some time to breathe and catch up on a few important matters—like thanking you for your service to Kenwood last October.

I was initially concerned about getting our guest gifts to Mexico, as I had heard stories how difficult it can be sometimes. But Suzanne worked beautifully with Kitty Perez in our warehouse, and our shipments of gifts made it to Mexico—with the exception of a few boxes of our bags (denied by Mexico Customs), if you recall. However, Sandy came to our rescue—BIG TIME!!! You so graciously supplied our guests with different designs of Mexican bags. We were then able to offer our guests two different bags per couple—one with our “Rock the Riviera” logo; the other with your delightful Mexican designs. It looked to our guests that we planned it that way, but of course we did not, so you made us look really good! You didn’t even charge us for these bags and I am still so appreciative of your kind gesture. This was beyond the call of duty and I certainly want you to know how much it meant, nt only to me and our Kenwood executive staff, but also to our guests. Our guests especially loved your bags! With your shipping assistance, Kenwood was able to pull off one of our best incentive trips ever! Yes—that is your business—but I’m here to tell you that the service you provided to Kenwood was exemplary and I will never forget it.

Please know that I will definitely contact you again to arrange shipments for our future trips. In fact, I’ll be going to Jamaica next week to visit some potential resort sites for our 2011 October trip, so I will definitely keep in touch. My initial nervousness about our shipments was soon put to rest after realizing, through our email communications, that we were in excellent hands.

I wish you and yours the best for 2011, and I look forward to working with you and your company again. My thanks goes to both of you and if you’re ever in Southern California, please let me know so we can arrange a get-together and I can thank you again in person.
